The present invention relates to a molding apparatus for manufacturing a film for a touch panel and, more specifically, to a molding apparatus for manufacturing a film for a touch panel, which ensures easy removal and cleaning of collected remaining film chips and does not require separation of a forming die which is connected to a molding blur for removal of the remaining film chips, thereby shortening processing time. To this end, it is required to allow the remaining film chips produced when molding a panel film as a molding object to be easily collected in a molding block during a molding process and also to providing the molding apparatus with a structure of first and second block to allow the internal part to be opened and closely sealed by reciprocally combining such molding blocks with hinge.
