PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switchover circuit, a semiconductor integrated circuit, a radio device, a radio system, and a power switchover method, capable of stabilizing the switchover of a power supply.SOLUTION: The power switchover circuit includes: a current mirror part capable of transferring each monitor current, obtained by monitoring a plurality of power voltages, with a plurality of respectively different mirror ratios; a selection part for selecting, according to the switchover state of the power voltages, a mirror current which is transferred and generated by the current mirror part with a combination in which the respective mirror ratios of the monitor currents are different; a comparison part for comparing each mirror current selected by the selection part; and a switchover part for switching the supply voltage to be supplied to a load, from among the power voltages on the basis of the comparison result of the comparison part. |
