PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having hot water resistance which does not cause delamination or deterioration of barrier properties even when subjected to a hot water treatment under more severe conditions and achieves low-cost, and a packaging material for medical infusion and a sheet for solar batteries using the film.SOLUTION: A gas barrier film having hot water resistance is obtaining by laminating a first polymer resin layer laminated with at least a first polymer resin and a gas barrier layer laminated with a gas barrier material having gas barrier properties, in order, on a surface-treated surface of a substrate film subjected to a surface treatment, and the first polymer resin layer has a wt.% concentration ratio of solid contents of a first ingredient and a second ingredient, expressed as 'first ingredient:second ingredient', of 5:5 to 9:1, where the first ingredient is an organic/inorganic hybrid resin, and the second ingredient is an organic metal compound. A packaging material for medical infusion and a sheet for solar batteries using the film are also provided. |
