PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a peak current flowing in a load device at power supply start by restricting a power at the start of an LLC converter.SOLUTION: An LLC converter comprises: a series connection circuit of a high-side switch Q1 and a low-side switch Q2; a series connection circuit of a primary coil P1 of a transformer T1 and a resonance capacitor C2, which is provided between both terminals of the low-side switch Q2; and a high-side driver Z1 for driving the high-side switch Q1, a control circuit Z2 for the LLC converter, and a dead time DT terminal drive circuit Z3. The dead time DT terminal drive circuit Z3, at power supply start, changes a dead time of a timing for on/off-switching the high-side switch and the low-side switch in a complementary manner from a time width longer than that at a normal operation to a shorter predetermined time width with the passage of time. |
