PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal control system for performing notification for risk avoidance, or the like to passersby around by monitoring a vehicle performing a dangerous action, such as signal ignorance.SOLUTION: The signal control system includes a camera-driven image processor 62 for detecting the position and the speed of a vehicle proximate to a stop line being a stop position, and a signal ignorance monitoring part 65a for predicting a vehicle passing through without stopping at the stop line by determining a vehicle that hardly stops at the stop line on the basis of the position and the speed detected by the camera-driven image processor 62. |
