PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand pump capable of preventing a spring-up of an operation lever.SOLUTION: A hand pump 1 includes: a body 11 equipped with a cylindrical cylinder 21 disposing an axis in a vertical direction, a suction casing 22 provided at a lower end portion of the cylinder 21 and composing a suction chamber 11a with the cylinder 21, and a discharge casing 23 provided at an upper end portion of the cylinder 21 and composing a discharge chamber 11b with the cylinder 21; a piston member 12 equipped with a piston portion 42 formed on an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 21 so as to reciprocate, and a piston rod 41 connected to the piston portion 42; an operation lever 14 rotatably formed; a link mechanism portion 13 which couples the operation lever 14 and the piston rod 41, and converts rotations of the operation lever 14 into reciprocating movement of the piston rod 41; and an energizing member 15 for energizing the piston member 12 to an upper dead point side. |
