PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rice cooker using a ceramic inner pot, capable of improving rice cooking heating performance as much as possible, thereby achieving cooked rice with good taste similar to the taste of the cooked rice cooked by an iron pot.SOLUTION: A ceramic outer pot for covering a ceramic inner pot which has an induction heating part on its outer peripheral surface side and generates heat, is provided for utilizing heat generated on the ceramic inner pot, and an induction heating part is provided on an inner peripheral surface side of the outer pot for covering the inner pot, for heating the inner pot by the outer pot, thereby solving a heating insufficient area on the inner pot side, so that cooking performance becomes excellent similarly to cooking by an iron pot and cooked rice with good taste and puffy texture without burning can be cooked. |
