By adopting a thermoelectric conversion element formed by connecting one end of an n-type thermoelectric conversion material and one end of a p-type thermoelectric conversion material to a conductive substrate, respectively, using a bonding agent, wherein the n-type thermoelectric conversion material and the p-type thermoelectric conversion material are specific silicides, and the bonding agent is a conductive paste containing conductive metal composed of at least one type of noble metal selected from the group consisting of gold, platinum, and palladium, and silver, and a thermoelectric conversion module that uses a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements described above and has a specific configuration, good thermoelectric conversion performance can be exhibited in an intermediate temperature range from room temperature to approximately 700°C, and even if the generation of electric power is repeated, excellent performance can be maintained for a long period with little performance degradation. |
