Provided is a gasket (1) disposed between fuel cell constituting parts (2, 3), the gasket (1) being configured so as to ensure consistent sealing properties and so as to enable a reduction in the thickness of the fuel cell constituting parts (2, 3). In order to achieve the purpose, the gasket (1) disposed between the pair of the fuel cell constituting parts (2, 3) is provided with: an inner peripheral seal section (11) comprising seal ridges (11a, 11b) which are provided on both sides of the inner peripheral seal section (11) in the thickness direction thereof and which come into close contact with the fuel cell constituting parts (2, 3); an outer peripheral support section (12) located on the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral seal section (11) and comprising support ridges (12a, 12b) which are provided on both sides of the outer peripheral support section (12) in the thickness direction thereof and which come into close contact with the fuel cell constituting parts (2, 3); and an intermediate connection section (13) for connecting the inner peripheral seal section (11) and the outer peripheral support section (12). |
