The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a method and a device for reducing service outage probability of a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal, which are used to solve the problem in the prior art of causing unexpected service outage of the mobile terminal by excessive voice or Internet access expenses. The method comprises: detecting whether a service operation to be performed on the mobile terminal causes real-time billing; if the service operation causes real-time billing, determining whether an account balance of the mobile terminal is smaller than a preset amount of money; if the account balance is smaller than the preset amount of money, barring the service operation; and if the account balance is greater than or equal to the preset amount of money, allowing the service operation and acquiring an account balance of the mobile terminal in real time, and when the account balance acquired in real time is smaller than the preset amount of money, interrupting the service operation. The present invention can be applied to various mobile terminals. |
