The present invention relates to a compound plasma torch system which uses a single melting furnace to concentrate and collect various precious metals existing in copper sludge, a printed circuit board (PCB), an automobile waste catalyst, etc. which are main industrial and home appliance waste resources. The compound plasma torch system comprises: a melting furnace (100) comprising a compound plasma torch (110) installed in a melting area (A), in which waste metal resources are melted, a lower electrode (120) installed in a lower portion of the melting area (A) to allow the compound plasma torch (110) to perform a transfer operation, a metal discharge unit (130) to discharge a portion of molten metal accumulated in the lower portion of the melting area (A), a slag discharge unit (140) to continuously discharge molten slag floating on the molten metal accumulated in the lower portion of the melting area (A), and an exhaust gas discharge unit (150) to discharge exhaust gas; a dry low temperature oxidation furnace (200) to indirectly use the exhaust gas discharged through the exhaust gas discharge unit (150) of the melting furnace (100) to dry and preprocess the waste metal resources to insert the waste metal resources into the melting furnace (100); a heat exchanger (300) to circulate and supply thermal fluid which has exchanged heat with the exhaust gas discharged through the exhaust gas discharge unit (150) of the melting furnace (100) to the dry low temperature oxidation furnace (200); a cleaner (400) into which the exhaust gas passing through the heat exchanger (300) and cleaning liquid are inserted to remove a particulate material by centrifugation and then discharge the exhaust gas; and an exhaust fan (500) to control a pressure of an exhaust system of the cleaner (400). |
