PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that accurately measures power consumption per application software.SOLUTION: The device comprises: an execution unit 110 that executes a plurality of applications 111, 112 which include a measurement target application 111 and are capable of accessing same peripheral hardware 101; and a measurement unit 120 that imparts identification information associated with the application 111 to an access to the peripheral hardware 101 among each process of a predetermined unit performed by the application 111 executed by the execution unit 110. The measurement unit 120 detects an access by the application 111 among accesses to the peripheral hardware 101 on the basis of the imparted identification information, and calculates the application power consumption, per application software, of the application 111 on the basis of the detected power consumption corresponding to the access. |
