PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit system capable of accelerating switching operation at a low cost.SOLUTION: A driving circuit system for driving a switching element Q having a gate electrode G, a drain electrode D, and a source electrode S is configured such that a transistor T1 for driving the switching element Q from an off-state to an on-state is connected to the gate electrode G via a gate resistance R1 and a transistor T2 for driving the switching element Q from the on-state to the off-state is connected to the gate electrode G via a gate resistance R2. Further, the driving circuit system includes at least one capacitor selected from a group consisting of: a capacitor C1 connected between a connection portion connecting the transistor T1 and the gate resistance R1 and a connection portion connecting the transistor T2 and the gate resistance R2; a capacitor C2 connected in parallel to the gate resistance R1; and a capacitor C3 connected in parallel to the gate resistance R2. |
