PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of reducing the effort of installation thereof.SOLUTION: The illuminating device comprises a main body 1 and a decorative frame part 3. The main body 1 includes: a case part 11 embedded in an installation hole 50 provided on a ceiling plate 5; a mounting part 16 on which a light emitting device 2 is mounted inside the case part 11; a plurality of hook parts 15 provided inside the case part 11; and a fixing part 13 for fixing the case part 11 to the ceiling plate 5 by clamping the ceiling plate 5 in the peripheral edge of the installation hole 50 with the flange part 111 formed at the lower end of the casing part 11. The decorative frame part 3 includes: a decorative frame 31 for covering the flange part 111 exposed at the ceiling plate 5; a reflection plate 32 rising upward from the inner periphery 310 of the decorative frame 31; and a plurality of spring parts 33 hooked to the plurality of hook parts 15, respectively. And, the decorative frame part 3 is configured such that the decorative frame part is detachably attached to the main body 1 with the main body 1 being fixed to the ceiling plate 5. |
