摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather-resistance prediction method for quickly and quantitatively predicting coated film deterioration which used to be actually unreachable unless a long time test is passed in a conventional test method in the case of evaluating the weather-resistance of a coated film composed of organic coating materials.SOLUTION: A coated film weather-resistance prediction method includes: analytical curve creation processing S1; and weather-resistance prediction processing S2. The analytical curve creation processing S1 includes the respective procedures of: standard deterioration time measurement st11; deterioration processed sample creation st12; chemiluminescence amount measurement st13; activation energy calculation st14; and analytical curve creation st15 for recursively obtaining an analytical curve from a correlation between the standard deterioration time of a sample for analytical curve creation and apparent activation energy. The weather resistance prediction processing S2 includes a procedure of: calculating the apparent activation energy of an evaluation object sample; and processing of predicting weather-resistance of the evaluation object sample by using the analytical curve.
