PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the flow rate of fluid with a simple and inexpensive constitution.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flow meter (1) comprises: a measuring instrument (2) in which a pair of ultrasonic vibrators (22) is attached to the upstream side and the downstream side of a measurement pipe (21) in which measurement object fluid flows so as to face each other; and a computing unit (3) which calculates the flow rate of the fluid from the propagation time difference of ultrasonic waves propagating in the bidirection between the pair of ultrasonic vibrators. The measuring instrument is provided with a first storage part (23) storing individuality information of the measuring instrument. The computing unit is provided with a reading part (34) reading the individuality information from the first storage part and a second storage part (47) storing the individuality information read into the reading part. The computing unit and the measuring instrument are configured to be attachable/detachable to/from each other. |
