A circuit constituting body (11) is provided with: a circuit board (12) having a connecting opening (13); a plurality of bus bars (20) that are laminated on one surface side of the circuit board (12) with an adhesive sheet (25) therebetween; a coil (15), which has a main body section (16) and a plurality of lead terminals (17), and which is disposed on the other surface side of the circuit board (12) by having the lead terminals (17) connected to the bus bars (20) exposed through the connecting opening (13); and a heat dissipating plate (30) that is laminated on the surfaces of the bus bars (20) with an adhesive (35) therebetween, said surfaces being on the reverse side of the circuit board (12). The adhesive sheet (25) has a sheet opening (26) for connecting the lead terminals (17) to the bus bars (20) by exposing the bus bars (20), and covers gaps (S) among the bus bars (20) positioned in the connecting opening (13).
