PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stabilization of power supply and the safety of power transaction.SOLUTION: A power transaction unit 100 includes: a monitoring part 110 for monitoring the supply and demand situation of power in an own unit; a power accumulation part 120 for accumulating surplus power in its own unit; a power transaction part 130 for performing power transaction with the other power transaction units; and a control part 140 for accumulating the reliability of each of the other power transaction units, and for, when receiving an order message indicating that power supply is requested from the other power transaction units, and when determining that power supply is possible from the monitor result of the monitoring part 110 and the accumulation situation of the power accumulation part 120, referring to the reliability of the power transaction unit of the transmission source of the order message, and for determining whether to allow the power transaction part 130 to perform power supply to the power transaction unit of the transmission source of the order message in accordance with the reliability. |
