PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bean curd without non-uniform coagulation by evenly mixing soybean milk and coagulant in a short time.SOLUTION: While tip parts of coagulant injection nozzles 4, which are arranged in a soybean milk housing space 3a of a soybean milk housing container 3 housing soybean milk 2 and include coagulant injection ports 6 at tip parts thereof, after the soybean milk housing container 3 and the coagulant injection nozzle 4 are separated by a nozzle drive mechanism 7, move from a bottom surface position 3b of the soybean milk housing container 3 to a surface position 2a of the soybean milk 2, the soybean milk 2 and coagulant 5 are uniformly mixed in a short time by injecting the coagulant 5 from the coagulant injection ports 6 to the soybean milk 2 to uniformly supply the coagulant 5, and a bean curd without uneven coagulation is manufactured. |
