PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate management of business which uses vehicles while not newly installing devices on the vehicles.SOLUTION: Storage means 201 stores on-vehicle instrument information unique to an on-vehicle instrument 10 installed on a vehicle 9, and destination related information related to the destination of the vehicle 9, in association with each other. Acquisition means 202 acquires the on-vehicle instrument information from the on-vehicle instrument 10 via communication devices 6 respectively arranged at a plurality of regions (a first region 11, a second region 12, a third region 13, a fourth region 14). Recording means 203 reads out the destination related information corresponding to the on-vehicle instrument information acquired by the acquisition means 202 from the storage means 201, and when the region where the on-vehicle instrument information is acquired by the acquisition means 202 is matched with the destination related information, records an image of the vehicle 9 in the region. |
