PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual transmission which can improve a shift feeling.SOLUTION: When setting a direction of a linear line passing a center and an original point of the rotation of an interlock plate as a y-axis, and a direction of a linear line passing the original point and orthogonal to the y-axis as an x-axis with a point at which a trace of the linear motion of a select inner lever contacts with a trace of the rotation motion of an interlock plate as the original point, a contact face of the interlock plate is formed by connecting a plurality of points which are obtained by a numerical formula (x,y)=(rcos&bgr;+Z,rsin&bgr;+c). In the numerical formula, r indicates a radius of the select inner lever in a position contacting with the interlock plate, &bgr; indicates a value which is obtained by subtracting an inclination angle of the interlock plate from an angle of 90 degrees, R indicates a radius of the rotation motion of the interlock plate, c indicates a value obtained by a formula (R-Rsin&bgr;), and Z indicates an allowance of the interlock plate. |
