PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool a power switching element by a suction refrigerant even if a suction amount of the refrigerant is small.SOLUTION: In the case that a flow rate of a refrigerant passing through a suction port 11c is smaller than a maximum flow rate, the refrigerant is increased in speed up to a flow speed at which the refrigerant passing through the suction port 11c is at a maximum flow rate when the refrigerant passes through a throttle part 13a at which a flow passage cross section of a suction refrigerant passage 13 is continuously reduced. By this constitution, a power switching element 9b which is made to abut on an abutting part 11i of a face 11f at a side opposite to a face 11e arranged at the suction refrigerant passage 13 of a partitioning wall 11d can be efficiently cooled by heat which is transmitted via the partitioning wall 11d from the refrigerant which is increased in speed by the throttle part 13a, and passes through the suction refrigerant passage 13. |
