This biological information measurement device is provided with: a pulse wave detection unit that comprises a light-emitting unit (22) that irradiates a living body with light and a light reception unit (23) that receives light that is reflected from the body from among the aforementioned light when the light-emitting unit irradiates the living body with light, said pulse wave detection unit detecting pulse wave information relating to the living body on the basis of the reflected light that is received by the light reception unit (23); a calculation unit that determines an autonomic function on the basis of the pulse wave information for the living body that is detected by the pulse wave detection unit; and a control unit that controls the pulse wave detection unit and the calculation unit. The pulse wave detection unit, the calculation unit, and the control unit are provided to a measurement device main body case.
