The invention relates to an adhesive composition characterised in that it comprises at least a base of starch, water and graphitic nanofilaments with diameters of between 0.4 nm and 500 nm inclusive, and lengths of between 0.5 y 500 micra inclusive, in a proportion of between 0.00001 and 0.03 wt.%, inclusive, of the total of the composition. The invention also relates to a method for producing the composition of interest, essentially comprising the mixing all the components, followed by the addition of the nanofilaments, and to the method for the production of multilayer cellulosic materials with a permeable surface, wherein, following the application of the composition, it is subjected to heat treatment in order to encourage the gelling of the composition. The invention further relates to the cellulosic material that can be produced by means of said application of the glue.
