MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FLEXIBLE DISPLAY

A manufacturing method for a flexible display, comprising: forming a silicon layer (10) on a rigid substrate (20); making the silicon layer into a frame-shaped silicon layer; attaching a flexible substrate (50) to the surface of the rigid substrate on which the frame-shaped silicon layer is formed; manufacturing a display device layer (60) on the flexible substrate; and after the display device layer is completed, conducting dehydrogenation processing on the frame-shaped silicon layer so that the flexible substrate is separated from the frame-shaped silicon layer, thereby obtaining a flexible display. The present invention can avoid the problem of poor yield due to the fact that a flexible substrate is damaged in a separation process.
