This light-emitting device (100) comprises a substrate (110), a first electrode (120), auxiliary electrodes (124), a conductive layer (126) in the form of islands, insulating layers (170), an organic layer (130), and a second electrode (140). The first electrode (120) is formed, using a transparent conductive material, on top of the substrate (110). The auxiliary electrodes (124) are formed on top of the first electrode (120). The conductive layer (126) is formed, from the same material as the auxiliary electrodes (124), on top of the first electrode (120). The insulating layers (170) are formed on top of parts of the first electrode (120) and cover the auxiliary electrodes (124) and the conductive layer (126). The organic layer (130) is formed on top of the first electrode (120), and the second electrode (140) is formed on top of the organic layer (130). |
