The purpose of the present invention is acquire, with a comparatively simple configuration, a parameter that is necessary in order to improve energy efficiency of equipment that lowers CO2 concentration below a prescribed value with a ventilating device taking time into consideration. This parameter learning device (1) comprises: a storage device (13) that stores operation data for a ventilating device (2) that ventilates air inside a building, measurement data for CO2 concentration inside the building, a variable parameter that correlates to the variation of the amount of CO2 generated in the building over time, and a design parameter that does not vary over time; and a calculating device (14) that calculates the CO2 concentration in the building from the variable parameter, the design parameter, and the operation data; wherein the calculating device (14) compares the CO2 concentration obtained from the calculations to the measurement data, and learns the variable parameter and the design parameter. |
