According to the present invention, a diagnosis and surgery assistance apparatus having a spherical joint and a hinge joint includes: a main plate (1); a head plate (2) which is connected to the upper part of the main plate (1) by a first spherical joint (30); an arm plate (10) which is connected to the side of the main plate (1) by a second spherical joint (40); a leg plate (20) which is connected to the lower part of the main plate (1) by a third spherical joint (60); an arm hinge joint (50) which is arranged on the arm plate (10); and a leg hinge joint (70) which is arranged on the leg plate (20). The first to third spherical joints (30) can be driven at multiple degrees of freedom. The arm hinge joint (50) and the leg hinge joint (70) can be driven at a first degree of freedom. The present invention enables various location settings for patients requiring to the diagnosis and surgery through controlling the joints.
