The present invention relates to a composite electrode-composite electrolyte assembly, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrochemical device comprising the same. The composite electrode-composite electrolyte assembly has an integrated body of a composite electrode layer and a composite electrolyte layer, wherein the composite electrode layer comprises a current collector and an electrode mixture layer formed on the current collector; the electrode mixture layer comprises an electrode active material, a conductive material, a cross-linked polymer matrix, dissociable salt; and an organic solvent; the composite electrolyte layer comprises a cross-linked polymer matrix, inorganic particles, dissociable salt, and an organic solvent; and the electrode mixture layer and the composite electrolyte layer overlap each other to be physically combined with each other.
