PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device whose sealing material is hardly peeled while having a discoloration prevention film excellent in discoloration resistance of a silver plating layer.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 includes: a substrate 10 having a silver plating layer 16; a light-emitting diode 30 mounted on the substrate 10; and a double-layered film 60 for coating at least a surface of the silver plating layer. The double-layered film 60 includes: a first layer 52 containing a layer silicic acid compound; and a second layer 50 containing a second silicic acid compound other than the layer silicic acid compound.
