PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation member and a ventilation device, capable of promoting steam delivery between the inside and outside of a housing.SOLUTION: A ventilation member 20 is a porous ventilation member 20 discharging steam in a closed lamp housing, and includes: a small hole diameter structure 21 that prevents liquid water and pollution substances from entering the lamp housing, and forms a flow passage for discharging steam from the lamp housing to the outside; and a large hole diameter structure 22 that has a diameter larger than that of the small hole diameter structure 21, and communicates with the small hole diameter structure 21. |
