PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element which inhibits peeling of electrodes without blocking displacement.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator element 1 includes: a piezoelectric material 3 formed by laminating multiple piezoelectric material layers 7, 9 and a common electrode 11; and surface electrodes 5 provided on a surface of the piezoelectric material 3 and respectively having active parts 20 which activate the piezoelectric material 3 and connection parts 22 connected with exterior wiring. In the active part 20, the density of at least a part of an end part is higher than the density of a center part. |
