PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a power storage device at low cost capable of making temperature distributions among a plurality of cells and a temperature distribution inside a cell itself uniform without imposing excessive reaction force to the power storage device and to provide a work machine including the same.SOLUTION: Among a plurality of cells 110a, 110b, 110c constituting a power storage device 100, at least one cell 110c is so disposed that an entire or part of a bottom face 114c is not in contact with a thermal conductive sheet 400. Concerning a cell 11c whose bottom face is not in contact with the thermal conductive sheet, a thermal conductive paste 300 is interposed at a gap between a bottom face 114c and the thermal conductive sheet 400.
