ANALYSIS METHOD FOR EVALUATING AFFINITY TO PROTEIN, AND DEVICE FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a trap column for concentration, and further eliminate the need of stabilization of a target protein.SOLUTION: An analysis method for evaluating affinity of low molecular weight compounds includes the steps of: (A) introducing protein-binding low molecular weight compounds and free low molecular weight compounds into a first permeation restricted column to hold the free low molecular weight compounds; (B) detaching the protein-binding low molecular weight compounds discharged from the first permeation restricted column from the protein, and introducing them into a second permeation restricted column to hold them; and (C) eluting the low molecular weight compounds held in the first and second permeation restricted columns at mutually different timings and analyzing the compounds in an analytical column.
