PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor controller capable of stopping a truck moving at high speed at a stop position with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A linear motor controller includes a plurality of coil units, a plurality of position detection means for detecting the positions of a plurality of trucks moving over the plurality of coil units, a plurality of deviation calculation means for calculating the deviation information, i.e., the difference between the position of the truck thus detected and the target position of the truck thus detected, position control means for calculating a current control signal based on the deviation information, a plurality of current control means for supplying a diving current to the coil unit based on the current control signal, and switching means for switching the position control means to which the deviation information is transmitted, or switching the current control means to which the current control signal is transmitted. |
