A continuous variable valve timing control device is disclosed. The device comprises: an engine control unit for outputting an actual phase angle of an intake valve or an exhaust valve and a target phase angle of the intake valve or the exhaust valve; and an intelligent motor controller for receiving the actual phase angle and the target phase angle from the engine control unit using digital communication within a vehicle, and generating a driving current for adjusting an output torque of a motor using the phase deviation between the received actual phase angle and the received target phase angle.
