PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which the connection of auxiliary wiring and an upper electrode is simplified, and a manufacturing method of the display device.SOLUTION: The display device including a plurality of pixels includes: a pixel electrode 110 corresponding to the pixels; auxiliary wiring 210 disposed on the same plane as the pixel electrode while being separated from the pixel electrode; an insulation layer 300 which is disposed over the pixel electrode and the auxiliary wiring and covers a part of the pixel electrode and a part of the auxiliary wiring; an organic light-emitting layer 400 disposed on the pixel electrode, the auxiliary wiring and the insulation layer; a first electrode 500 disposed on the organic light-emitting layer at a position at least corresponding to the auxiliary wiring; an opening 600 formed in the organic light-emitting layer and the first electrode at a position corresponding to the auxiliary wiring; and a second electrode 520 which is disposed on the first electrode and on the auxiliary wiring at a position corresponding to the opening and electrically connects the auxiliary wiring and the first electrode.
