PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component assembly device capable of easily positioning a cylinder head when assembling intake side components and exhaust side components to the cylinder head.SOLUTION: A component assembly device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: positioning pins 14, 15; an upper surface side plate 3 having guide holes 19A, 19B into which the positioning pins 14, 15 are to be inserted respectively; a lower surface side plate 4; a tilt table 5 for tilting the lower surface side plate 4; and inclined surfaces S1, S2 for determining first and second end positions where the tilt of the lower surface side plate 4 finishes. The guide hole 19A regulates positional relation in an XY direction between a hole of an intake side valve V1 and a component assembly tool 13A when the positioning pin 14 is inserted. The guide hole 19B regulates positional relation in the XY direction between a hole of an exhaust side valve V2 and the component assembly tool 13A when the positioning pin 15 is inserted. The first end position of the tilt is determined so that an axis A1 passing through the hole of the intake side valve V1 is parallel to an axis passing through the component assembly tool 13. The second end position of the tilt is determined so that an axis A2 passing through the hole of the exhaust side valve V2 is parallel to the axis passing through the component assembly tool 13. |
