PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of obtaining a necessary reduction ratio or increasing ratio while having a compact and simple construction.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 1 comprises: a first gear 40 provided on a frist shaft 10; second gears 50 provided on second shafts 20 and meshing with a portion on an axial one side of the first gear 40; third gears 60 provided on third shafts 30 and meshing with a portion on the axial other side of the first gear 40; first discharge ports 80 arranged between the second gears 50 in the circumferential direction around the first shaft 10 and supplying lubricating oil to meshing portions between the first gear 40 and the second gears 50; and second discharge ports 90 arranged between the third gears 60 in the circumferential direction around the first shaft 10 and supplying lubricating oil to meshing portions between the first gear 40 and the third gears 60.
