PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas tank in which a well can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: The liquefied gas tank comprises: an open part 12 formed in a bottom part 11 and composed of a straight portion 12a and a curved portion 12b; a straight-shaped member 21 composed of one piece of a flat surface web 21a forming a flat surface and a pair of straight flanges 21b disposed along the upper and lower ends of the flat surface web 21a; and a curve-shaped member 22 composed of one piece of a curved surface web 22a forming a curved surface and a pair of curved flanges 22b disposed along the upper end and lower ends of the curved surface web 22a; and a bottom plate 23 for forming the bottom of a well 2. The straight-shaped member 21 and the curve-shaped member 22 are butt-welded together to form an annular body 24. The bottom plate 23 is butt-welded to the inner edge of the lower end of the annular body 24. The outer edge of the upper end of the annular body 24 is butt-welded to the inner edge of the open part 12.
