PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller type rocker arm improved in friction performance.SOLUTION: A roller type rocker arm 100 according to the invention is formed including a body 110, a roller shaft 120, an inner ring roller 130 and an outer ring roller 140. The roller shaft 120 is fastened to the body 110, and the inner ring roller 130 is fastened to the roller shaft 120 by interference fit. With this, only the outer ring roller 140 is put in a rotatable state, a sliding plane between an outer peripheral surface 122 of the roller shaft 120 and an inner peripheral surface 132 of the inner ring roller 130 is abolished, a sliding area is reduced, and the inner ring roller 130 and the outer ring roller 140 are raised in relative sliding speed to improve a lead-in effect of lubrication oil and are slid in a fluid lubrication region to improve the friction performance. |
