PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom receiving device of an elevator rail and an elevator device having the same which can automatically absorb a compression load to the elevator rail due to the subsidence of an architectural structure.SOLUTION: A bottom receiving device of an elevator rail is provided at a lower end of an elevator rail 4 which is erected in a hoistway 1 and guides the moving up and down of lifting bodies 2, 3 that move up and down in the hoistway 1. The bottom receiving device of the elevator rail comprises: an anchor block 9 installed on a pit bottom surface 8 of the hoistway 1; a load receiving plate 6 installed at the lower end of an elevator rail 12 of the lowermost end; a guide rod 7 inserted into a hole provided in the load receiving plate 6, and erected on the anchor block 9; and a spring 5 which is inserted into the guide rod 7 below the load receiving plate 6 and absorbs a compression load of the elevator rail 4 due to the subsidence of an architectural structure. |
