Provided is an electronic commerce support system with which an introducer does not require specialised knowledge and an orderer can order a product or a service with ease. The electronic commerce support system (10) connects an electronic commerce support device (30) via the internet (W0) to smartphones (20) operated by orderers. Using a smartphone (20), an orderer reads article/service identification information from a two-dimensional barcode (Q0) displayed on a flyer (C0) and orders an article or a service. If the orderer, becoming an introducer, displays the ordered article or service from an order history as a two-dimensional barcode (Q1) by operating the smartphone (20), an orderer reads this two-dimensional barcode (Q1) and sends an order to the electronic commerce support device (30) by operating another smartphone (20). As a result of the orderer ordering the article or the service, the electronic commerce support device (30) rewards the introducer. Introducers can obtain rewards by introducing articles or services without requiring specialised knowledge. |
