The present invention relates to a zeolite catalyst having a hollow micropore, for manufacturing propylene from oxygenates such as methanol or dimethyl ether, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the zeolite catalyst can have high selectivity of propylene, long catalyst durability, and excellent hydrothermal stability, in the case of being used as a catalyst during a reaction of manufacturing propylene, by having a hollow micropore inside a crystal and reforming an acid site as phosphorus (P) at the same time.
