摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which binding force applied to a power storage element changes according to expansion or contraction of a power generation element.SOLUTION: A power storage element 10 comprises: a power generation element 14; and a case 13 which accommodates the power generation element 14. A projection part 22 of a partition member 20 applies binding force to a region where a cathode active material layer 141b is not formed in a cathode collector plate 141a and a region where an anode active material layer 142b is not formed in an anode collector plate 142a via the case 13. Though expansion or contraction occurs in a region that faces the cathode active material layer 141b and the anode active material layer 142b, the binding force does not apply from the partition member 20 to the region. Therefore, load variation in accompany with expansion or contraction of the power generation element 14 is suppressed from applying to the partition member 20, and variation of the binding force applied via the partition member 20 to the power storage element 10 can be suppressed.
