PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that has a hot blast drying mechanism after local drying and that effectively prevents or suppresses a splash etc., produced in the local washing from entering the device.SOLUTION: A local washing device according to an embodiment includes: local washing nozzles 30, 42 which can project forward through an opening part 34; a nozzle driving device which can drive the local washing nozzles 30, 32 in projecting directions; a hot air duct 40 that an air outlet of the opening part 34 faces; a fan 42 capable of generating a flow of hot air in the hot air duct 40; a shutter 36 which is provided on the front face side of the opening part 34, and rotates on a horizontal rotary shaft so as to open and close the opening part 34; and a shutter switching mechanism which opens the shutter 36 upward to above the rotary shaft for local washing in local washing by rotating the shutter 36 in one direction and opens the shutter 36 downward to below the rotary shaft in hot air drying by rotating the shutter 36 in the other direction. |
