PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a steel sheet for high strength bolt friction joining capable of working a friction joining face with an easy operation without requiring special equipment, and a production device therefor.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a steel sheet 12 for high strength bolt friction joining by work forming a rugged friction joining face in the surface 14 of the steel sheet 12, in which a prescribed pattern masking part 16 is formed at the surface 14 of the steel sheet 12, a non-masking part 20 is etched by anode treatment to a non-masking part 20 formed with no masking part 16, thereafter, the masking part 16 is removed, and the rugged friction joining face is work-formed at the surface 14 of the steel sheet. |
