a first electrode having an upper face, the first electrode being light transmissive; an organic light-emitting layer provided on the upper face; and a second electrode provided on the organic light-emitting layer, the second electrode being light reflective, the second electrode including a plurality of first extension parts and a plurality of second extension parts, the first extension parts extending in a first direction parallel to the upper face and being arranged in a second direction, the second direction being parallel to the upper face and intersecting with the first direction, the second extension parts extending in the second direction and being arranged in the first direction, the second extension parts intersecting with each of the first extension parts, when a length of each of the first extension parts in the second direction is set to W1 (micrometer), a pitch of each of the first extension parts is set to P1 (micrometer), a length of each of the second extension parts in the first direction is set to W2 (micrometer), and a pitch of each of the second extension parts is set to P2 (micrometer), the W1 and the P1 satisfying a relationship of W1≦−750(1−W1/P1)(1−W2/P2)+675, the W2 and the P2 satisfying a relationship of W2≦−750(1−W1/P1)(1−W2/P2)+675, (1−W1/P1)(1−W2/P2) being not less than 0.55 and not more than 0.80, and each of the W1 and the W2 being not less than 75 μm and not more than 225 μm.
