A blade-mounted micropipette holding device (1) that is provided with a cylindrical micropipette holder (5), said micropipette holder (5) allowing a blade-mounted micropipette (15) for puncturing a living cell to be installed at a tip thereof, and a holder holding tool (2) that holds the micropipette holder (5). The holder holding tool (2) is provided with a base member (20) and a cylindrical rotatable member (3), said cylindrical rotatable member (3) being held by the base member (20) in a rotatable manner and allowing the insertion of the cylindrical micropipette holder (5) therethrough. Further, the cylindrical rotatable member (3) is provided with holder position adjusting mechanisms (6, 7) that comprise a plurality of side holes (35), said side holes (35) being formed in the side face of the cylindrical rotatable member (3) at different positions along a circumferential direction of the cylindrical rotatable member (3), and holder position adjusting members (62, 72), said holder position adjusting members (62, 72) being capable of entering inside the cylindrical rotatable member (3) through the side holes (35) and capable of abutting on the outer face of the inserted micropipette holder (5). |
