A peptide formed from the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, according to the present invention, shows growth factor activity. A peptide according to the present invention has excellent stability and skin penetration. Therefore, a composition comprising the peptide of the present invention shows excellent efficacy for treating, preventing or remedying a disease or a state which require or should inhibit a growth factor activity. The excellent activity and stability of the peptide of the present invention can be advantageously applied to medicines, quasi-drugs and cosmetics.
